Challenge
The institute has students from rural and semi-urban regions, many of whom were more comfortable learning in their mother tongue. So the challenge was to make their existing video lessons work in multiple Indian languages without starting from scratch.
We discussed over 120 hours of video lectures, tutorials, explainers, and walkthroughs. Some were simple talking-head formats, but others had synced slides, on-screen elements, and interactive segments.
Voice-overs for all the subtitles, synced perfectly, with accurate technical vocabulary, delivered in a tight window. Plus, the final output needed to slot neatly into their LMS (Learning Management System) without breaking any tracking or completion data.
Solution
