Prestigious Tech Institute of India delivered Video Lectures 4x Faster in Multiple Languages

About Customer
Our customer is a renowned government tech institute in India, well-known for its digital-first approach to education. Their digital learning content has grown rapidly in recent years.
Challenge
The institute contains students from rural and semi-urban areas, and many of them felt more at ease learning in their own language. The problem was to make their current video lessons work in multiple Indian languages without having to start over.
We discussed over 120 hours of video lectures, tutorials, explainers, and walkthroughs. Some were simple talking-head formats, but others had synced slides, on-screen elements, and interactive segments.
Voice-overs for all the subtitles, synced perfectly, with accurate technical vocabulary, delivered in a tight window. Plus, the final output needed to slot neatly into their LMS (Learning Management System) without breaking any tracking or completion data.
Solution
We ran the original English videos through our transcription engine. The tool's trained on Indian accents for solid accuracy. Time-stamped scripts made syncing easier down the line.
So we used our AI-powered translation API models, fine-tuned for Indian educational content, to polish the sensitive or technical bits.
We did voice-over work with both fake and real people. We made sure that the voices matched the subject matter so that the tone didn't sound robotic or out of place.
We put everything back together, matched the vocal tracks, adjusted the tempo, and added subtitles in multiple languages. After internal QA, we packaged it all into LMS-ready formats (SCORM, xAPI, etc.) so it could be uploaded without needing developer time.

Key Features
- Custom Language Models trained on domain-specific content
- Smart voice tech that adjusted pitch and tone based on context
- Manual QA passes at critical points, especially on terminology.
- Non-intrusive integration into the client's LMS without rework
- End-to-end encryption and secure data handling throughout
Impact
We cut the average time it takes to localize a video from almost three hours to less than 40 minutes.
This is what changed:
- Faster delivery: Everything was up and running in less than 9 weeks.
- Cost savings: About 70–75% less expensive than regular voice-over studios
- Student response: Modules in regional languages had up to 62% higher completion rates than those in English only.
- No problems with technology: The team added the additional content to the LMS without any problems.
- Scalability: After then, the institute added three more departments to the project.
We've put together speed, accuracy, and cultural differences. We're here to help if you want to make content work for a lot of Indian languages quickly and cheaply.
